Who We Are

ABOUT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ALLIES

At Behavioral Health Allies (BHA), we provide a lifetime of hope and new opportunities for individuals and their families to grow, learn, and live. From early intervention and education to community living and transportation services, we have developed a reputation for providing an unparalleled continuum of care across the lifespan.

BHA is committed to continually evolving our system of care for individuals with developmental disabilities and complex behavioral challenges, including Autism. Our services are based in community settings, not institutional facilities. Through our multidisciplinary approach and commitment to personalized therapeutic care, guidance and support, we strive to make a positive, lasting difference for those we serve. We combine social, language, and life skills, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapies, along with positive behavioral interventions and supports, customizing our approach to the individual’s needs.

As a regional leader, we have become the trusted resource for our network of national partners who refer families from across the country to us. We engage in deep relationships and trusted partnerships with those we serve, their families, schools, community agencies, physicians, referral partners, and organizations who share the passion that is at the heart of who we are.

While other service providers may offer components of what we do, BHA is unique in offering a comprehensive suite of solutions across the lifespan – from very young children to senior adults. We meet individuals where they are and empower them with the intervention, education, and/or treatment they need to achieve their full potential and live meaningful lives as independently as possible.

With data-driven, evidence-based care, our credentialled and certified staff utilizes a multidisciplinary approach, combining data-driven methods and ABA therapies with practical life skills training. Our staff includes:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA)
  • Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts (P-LBA)
  • Occupational Therapists
  • Physical Therapists
  • Speech-Language Pathologists
  • Special Education Teachers
  • Direct Support Professionals (DSP)
  • Paraprofessionals
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)

We work closely with insurance providers and other funding sources to ensure our resources are accessible to those we serve.

A COMMITMENT TO EQUITY, DIVERSITY & INCLUSION

BHA is committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) culture for the individuals we serve, as well as our colleagues, company partners, and communities. These practices are woven into our organization’s everyday operations and are aligned with our mission. A diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture requires everyone’s participation to provide safety, build trust, and create an environment where all feel a sense of belonging. At BHA, we embrace everyone’s unique differences by respecting all. Diversity promotes growth and ensures that we all succeed together.
